Shipping Policy

At Restalgic, many of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order to ensure the highest quality for every customer.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This processing time allows us to create and prepare select items individually, as some of our products are made à la carte rather than pulled from pre-made inventory. While we do carry a limited selection of ready-to-ship items in-store, certain products require dedicated production time to ensure they meet our standards.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently use USPS for all shipping needs.

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please feel free to contact us for an update on your order.
