Refund & Chargeback Policy (Workshops & Events)

All workshop and event purchases are non-refundable. Due to the limited seating and preparation required for each experience, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer to a future workshop date, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled event. Transfer requests made within 48 hours of the event may not be accommodated.

Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited without refund or credit.


Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your payment is final and non-refundable.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to provide your registration details, signed agreements, communication records, and proof of service to your financial institution to dispute the claim.
  • Any chargeback filed in violation of this policy may result in denial of future bookings and services.
  • If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you remain responsible for the original transaction amount as well as any associated fees incurred.

We are committed to resolving any concerns directly. If you have an issue with your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can assist you.

 

Refund Policy for Restalgic Atelier

Restalgic Atelier is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund from Restalgic Atelier.

Refund Request Procedure

Customers who wish to request a refund must submit their request within 15 days of purchase. The request must be accompanied by a full explanation of the reason for the refund and pictures of any damaged goods.

Customers must send their refund request to Restalgic Atelier's email address: Restalgic@gmail.com. Once received, we will review the request and respond to the customer within 24 hours.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received by the customer is damaged or defective, a refund will be granted upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  2. Non-delivery of Product: If the customer has not received the product within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be granted upon confirmation of non-delivery.

  3. Dissatisfaction with Product: If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, they may request a refund. However, Restalgic Atelier reserves the right to decline the refund request if the product has been used or damaged in any way.

Refund Process

Upon approval of a refund request, the customer will be notified via email. The refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please note that Restalgic Atelier reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Currency

"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
